The Armory

The Armory is a collection of years worth of exercise and weight training programming that really work. Each series is focused on a particular goal, whether it be fat loss, muscle toning, strength gains or athletic performance.

These programs will continue to be uploaded and improved upon each month with some workouts containing live video feeds that you can follow along with in your own home (perfect for the busy mom with an extra 20 minutes on her hands) or anyone that works out in their garage gym.

The whole focus behind this is to deliver a very low cost method to get quality strength training programs delivered right to your phone or device and trust that you will be exercising in a safe, effective and manner that's tailored toward your particular needs.

The second biggest BONUS of these programs is that you can call upon me for LIVE help once a month (*package dependent) and we can Skype or FaceTime chat about anything fitness or nutrition related to keep you on track toward your goals.

He studied Exercise Science at Oregon State University and even trained at the world famous Gold's Gym. He's a former US Army Captain with the 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, a former blog writer at Veterans Fitness Career College, and former Chief Executive Officer at U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM).
