All You Need...
To get started with the Pure Kettlebell workouts, you will need a pair of kettlebells, preferably one lighter for upperbody training and one heavier for lower leg work. But if you only have one well you can just modify and do less reps in the overhead position and more repetitions for the leg work.
Too easy right!
Now For Hardened Veterans...
You'll want a pair or two of resistance bands, a TRX strap or Gym Rings, and a pull-up bar so you can do some additional body weight exercises that we have in store for you in the Hybrid Kettlebell workouts.
