Today's workout is all about finding that nice snatch groove. We're still working the form with the snatches, getting more pop with the glutes and hamstrings, and hitting that solid landing. A bit heavier weight than before so progress is being made, but still slow.
To top off todays workout we did some heavy deficit deadlifts, some high rep squats, split squats and accessory core work.
Overall a killer workout that left me sweaty and ready for more.
