Quitting On Yourself – Gym Motivation

CPT SMASH struggles with pain and training issues just like you.

Now I'm not saying you always need to train through pain, but I am saying "it's going to hurt!"

It never gets easier, it's never about finding the easy way out.  It's about adapting, overcoming and conquering your fears to forever keep making progress!

Don't let failure stop you.  Don't let your peers stop you!  Don't let anyone stand in your way to your goals.  You can do this.

Will it hurt, yes.

Will it be hard, yes!

Will it be worth it.  Totally!
