Quickest At Home Workout with Minimal Equipment

Here's a quick little home workout by CPT SMASH for all you gents out there with little time and space to train. All you need is a heavy kettlebell and a pullup bar.

Here at the Strength Lab, we're all about efficiency and getting a workout or training session in with as minimal time as possible to be effective.

Just because you're short on time is no excuse for not getting to your goals.  Sometimes you have all the time in the world to workout.  Other times you have a few minutes.

Don't let time crush your goals.  Instead, make it your b!tch!  So let's get after it!
