Tobin Decou – Athletic Endurance Coach and Personal Trainer


Tobin DeCou is a personal trainer, who thrives on delivering solid workouts to a variety of clientele.  He is an expert at kettlebells and has a superior knowledge of endurance athletics and Obstacle Course racing.

He has a long history of competitive athletic endurance sports ranging from 24-hour mountain biking and Adventure Racing to rock climbing, paddling, orienteering, mountaineering, cross country skiing, and more.

One of Tobin's accomplishments before turning 40 was competing in the Ironman Canada Triathlon.

Tobin passion for kettlebells started in 2001 which became his key tool in developing better core strength, a stronger grip and overall power and endurance to assist with his racing and overall muscular endurance.

Training with kettlebells helped him push forward in 6-day non-stop Adventure races, earning Top 5 in Canada rankings in Spartan Race Trifectas and capping his success with completing the Spartan Ultra Beast races in 2015.

Eager to share his passion with others, Tobin has naturally found himself in coaching roles throughout his life.

Tobin is an excellent coach who will push you towards your goals with enthusiasm, passion and brutal honesty.
