Our semi-private training features up to a group of four persons per group in order to keep the coach to group size optimal and improve overall training intensity and efficiency.
We love the group dynamic of getting a solid group together to enhance overall workout flow, build camaraderie, improve competition and breed a feeling of community.
We don't favor large class sizes that help people hide in the background, use poor form and technique and overall decrease a training sessions effectiveness.

Jesse “Captain Smash” Howland is the owner of SMASH’s Strength Lab, which offers targeted personal training to reach a variety of fitness and physique goals.
