In this LIVE Bootcamp workout we are featuring kettlebells as the mainstay of the exercise choices. Kettlebells are a great way to enhance your conditioning, core strength and train in a very small space with minimal time. Choose a large and small kettlebell for you workout, along with a small resistance band and follow along. This workout utilizes 30 second intervals for a great HIIT workout routine that can be done in as little as 30 minutes. Get ready to slash some fat ladies!
