Hot Snatch Two

Today's workout was a whole lotta snatches and snatch accessory work.  It started with some overhead squats (not videoed), several sets of snatch balance, and then a million hang snatches.

Overall the form is improving, although Helena is kicking my ass in most of these with her superior form.  But I'm gaining, I swear.

I finished off this high volume snatch workout with some ab work, as I had done some explosive front squatting before with some kettlebell swings, glute thrusts and banded sidesteps to warm up.

Overall a great workout!
