Happiness is a choice. Life throws you curve balls and sometimes you just have to roll with the punches.
Strive to be happy, no matter how meager your life may seem at the moment. Because there is a lot of joy and beauty in the world.
Only you can make yourself happy. No one else can do it for you.
So stop being a victim and suffering needlessly.
Go out, exercise. Lift weights, run, swim, hike, bike...all those things! Be active it helps a lot.
Eat better, get plenty of vegetables, fruits and quality protein. Eat some healthy fat too. Work on just plain being healthy, because when you feel better, well you start doing better things.
Work on your relationships and build them up. Talk to people you trust and identify. Hang out with people that will bring you up versus bring you down. You really are the product of the people you hang out with the most.
Most of all have a positive ATTITUDE! Life's too short to worry about all the little stuff that can and will happen on occasion. It's okay. Take a knee, drink water and drive on. There's plenty more life to live after it's all over.
