Welcome to my special holiday edition of the blog.  We're sending you out some quick tips and tricks to be successful during this difficult time of year in order to keep you lean and mean this holiday season.

Just because the holiday season is now here doesn't mean you have to sacrifice all those hard earned gains from the summer.  We want you to have a great time, train hard and keep on making those gains in muscle and losing fat, while still being able to enjoy yourself during the holidays with family and friends.

Because training isn't life.  But it should impact it in a positive way and overall make it better!

In fact if you play your cards right you might end up leaner and stronger than ever before the new year even starts.
