In this Full Body Workout we're using DBs, Resistance Bands and a bench.
The Workout:
** Remember: you'll be alternating weeks of heavy 8-12 reps and lighter 15-20 reps
Box Squats
DB Sumo Deadlift
DB Flat Bench
DB Single Arm Rows
Band Tricep Kickback
Band Bicep Curls
DB Upright Row
Flutter Kicks
Repeat for 2-3 if you're new to training. Repeat for 3-6 rounds if you're a veteran.
