Kettlebell Swings x 20
Pushups x Failure
-repeat for 4-6 sets-

Pull-ups or High Elbow TRX Rows x Failure
-repeat for 4-6 sets-

Kettlebell Swings x 20
Bench Dips x Failure 
-repeat for 4-6 sets-
