Combat Kettlebell Hybrid Workout with Pull-ups

In this episode of Combat Kettlebell we're working the whole body with some super tough exercises with the TRX.

The Workout

KB Swings x 20
TRX Single Leg Squat x 10-12 ea

KB Split Squat x 10-12ea
TRX Leg Curls x 10-20

Pull-ups x Max reps
Pushups Off Down KB x Max reps

TRX Rotating/Alt Rows x 10-15
KB Clean and Press x 10-15 ea

For you beginning trainees do 3 sets. For you veteran trainees bang out at least 4-6 sets! You guys rock!
