Front Squat Assault

 

Front Squat Assault today in the gym.

Starting with some sort of heavy deadlifts.  Overall back was wrecked from hitting heavy block pulls last Friday, so we had to go a little lighter there.

Front squats went very well though, up to 335 for some triples.  I focused on some back squats for a few sets just to see how the hip would handle the load after a few weeks of light loading.  No worse for wear.

Some belt squats and ab work to follow the onslaught.  Overall a successful leg day despite lighter than expected on deadlifts.
