Upper Body Stretches Everyone Should Do

CPT SMASH shares a couple of quick upper body stretches that will target all the key "tight" areas in most everyone to help you get more mobile in the chest, shoulders, triceps, lats and upper back.

These stretches are key if you want to keep in great shape and remain pain free during your exercise endeavors, regardless of age, gender or fitness ability.

As we age our muscles get tighter and stiffer, making stretching of utmost importance.  These key areas identified tend to be the tightest spots among our population and in as little as five minutes you can set the rest of you life up for success.

Strength + Mobility = Freedom (Freedom to keep doing the shiz you love doing!)
