Lower Body Stretches Everyone Should Do


Not everyone loves to stretch, but here are some of the essential stretches you can do everyday to help keep yourself loose and mobile forever.

We're focusing on the lower body, the hamstrings, glutes, quads, IT bands, adductors and lower back with a couple big moves that will help you stretch out in minimal time.

This will help you out not only in your overall ability to move better, but it'll also help you get deeper into those lower squat / deadlift positions, plus you'll feel better and have a better pain free range of motion.
