Pre-Exhaust Upperbody LIVE FACEBOOK Workout

For this LIVE Facebook Workout you will need a pair of light and moderate sized dumbbells, a light and medium resistance band, and a yoga block (optional).

This workout is designed to pre-exhaust the primary muscles by priming them with a isolation exercise prior to doing the main exercise. This will stimulate the muscle to develop shape and tone.

Basically it'll make you huge!  Except for you ladies, it'll make you toned!

I know, I know double standards everywhere!

Jesse "Captain Smash" Howland is the owner of SMASH’s Strength Lab, which offers targeted personal training to reach a variety of fitness and physique goals.
