CPT SMASH and Jojo bringing you workout one of the Building a Better Peach Workout.
In this workout we will go through a full workout that is coached by CPT SMASH and demonstrated by his lovely client Jojo. The video is edited a bit, but again I'm not great at editing video so I apologize if it's long, but you'll pick up some great tips if you're a beginner lifter and learn how to do the exercises correctly.
