Lowerbody Workout at Home
Looking for an intense lower body at home training video! Here you go!
For this workout you'll need a kettlebell or heavy dumbbell, a physioball (floor sliders or heavy socks with a slippery floor) and a ankle band.
There are some plyometrics in this workout (jumping activities)! So if you have bad knees or a bad back, this may not be for you.
You can always alternate these with bodyweight squats and reverse lunges in replacement for the plyometric exercises.
Or for a lower intensity plyometric try pogo jumps or jumping jacks!
