It's that time again for another LIVE Facebook workout!  For this workout you'll need a heavy kettlebell (or dumbbell), two light-moderate weight dumbbells, a small ankle band (optionals) and a chair.

Jesse "Captain Smash" Howland is the owner of SMASH’s Strength Lab, which offers targeted personal training to reach a variety of fitness and physique goals.
