Too Easy Soft Tissue Work for the Chest and Triceps


Here's some easy techniques that you can do with a lacrosse ball to help loosen up your pecs, triceps and traps to get you back in action with your lifting.

Nothing fancy, just mashing, grinding and loosening.

If you can hang with a little pain this will work awesome!  If you can't well, I guess you get to suffer more and not lift.  Sad!
