At Home Workout: Part II

CPT SMASH is all about training when you have the time and being able to do it whenever, wherever and still feel safe, secure and get a great workout without feeling overworked and underpaid.

One of my key missions in life is to help mature women develop confidence, thru strength training and conditioning, help them lose weight, feel strong and capable, and love their bodies.

Here's a short workout that is easy enough to conduct in 20-30 minutes of free time, involving minimal equipment and helps you gain strength, build muscle tone, while still being safe and in the comfort of your own home in the time you have.
