Just a quick little upper body workout today. Working on a new program focused on building back up to the heavier weights after hitting a lifetime personal record (PR) of 405lbs last week.
Using the Juggernaut system for the current program to see how things add up.

Lat pulldowns with band tension
Overhead military presses
