20 Apr – Workout 16 The 4-20 Workout


Well, it's 4-20 today and like everyone else smoking up, I'm doing my part by smoking those legs..

We've got some heavy trap bar deadlifts, front squats, some really sissy light split squats (since my groin is still feeling like a giant bag of crap) and then some ab work.

The groin injury is really irritating, but there's not much I can do about it other than let it heal and avoid movements that are too painful.

Surprisingly enough front squats are descent to go heavy on and deadlifts feel fine, but any sort of uni-lateral work is just too painful at the moment.
