05 March -Workout 8

CPT SMASH's upper body workout of the day, featuring some overhead kettlebell work.

It's reload or de-load week as some like to refer to it or what I call the week of boredom and just doing stuff.

Sometimes you just have to get in the gym, move some weights around and not really push super heavy.  Your body needs to recover before it can get stronger and better.
