BOOTCAMP Workout for Busy Moms in 30 minutes with resistance bands, physioballs and dumbbells

 

This is one of our LIVE Bootcamps broadcast through Facebook to help get you stronger, fitter and looking better than ever in 30 minutes. All you need is some light dumbbells, exercise bands, a physioball and/or kettlebells and you can blast through this challenging full-body workout with leg training, upper body and core training.

Recommend a light set of dumbbells for the upperbody work and a heavier set for the lower body work. Use bodyweight if the exercises are a bit challenging and take a break if you need a break. You can always pause the play button!
