03 April – Workout 14

 

A great upper body session today.  Some heavy benching action, dumbbell incline pressing, bent rows, dumbbells single arm rows, and some more assistance works.

A few cool new additions to my usual exercise collection that worked pretty well.

Still battling a bit of a groin pull, so doing plenty of mobility and stretching before training is key.
